1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of atlplumberconnect.com and the referral, connection, routing, content, forms, and related features provided by ATL Plumber Connect. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. ATL Plumber Connect is a referral service, not a plumber
ATL Plumber Connect operates a referral and connection service. We are not the plumbing contractor, do not perform plumbing work, and do not inspect, diagnose, estimate, schedule, supervise, warrant, guarantee, or control a provider's work.
Any plumbing service is provided by an independent third-party provider under a separate relationship between you and that provider. The provider is responsible for its employees and contractors, credentials, licensing when required, insurance, permits, safety, estimates, scope of work, materials, workmanship, warranties, billing, collections, and representations.
3. Referral and compensation disclosure
ATL Plumber Connect may receive compensation from a provider, network, or other business partner for leads, referrals, calls, connections, booked appointments, completed services, or other agreed results. This commercial relationship does not make the provider our employee, agent, partner, or subcontractor and does not make ATL Plumber Connect responsible for the provider's work.
A provider's inclusion, routing priority, or appearance on the Site should not be interpreted as a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or representation that the provider is the best or only available option for you.
4. No guarantee of a provider, response, price, or result
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will receive, accept, answer, schedule, or complete the request. We do not guarantee response times, arrival times, geographic coverage, pricing, financing, workmanship, availability, licenses, permits, warranties, results, or that any particular provider will contact you.
Routing may depend on service category, city, ZIP code, urgency, provider status, provider coverage, priority, technical availability, and other operational rules. A successful routing event is only an attempt to make a connection.
5. Your responsibility before hiring a provider
You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a provider. Before authorizing work, review the provider's identity, scope, price, payment terms, licensing or credentials where applicable, insurance, permits, warranties, cancellation terms, and any other information important to you.
ATL Plumber Connect does not provide legal, engineering, insurance, financial, code-compliance, or professional plumbing advice. Site content is general information and is not a substitute for an on-site professional assessment.
6. Emergency and safety limitations
The Site is not a 911 service, utility emergency line, fire department, gas emergency line, medical service, or guaranteed emergency-dispatch system. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety involving fire, gas, electricity, structural failure, flooding, injury, or another dangerous condition, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency or utility service.
Do not enter unsafe areas, touch energized equipment, handle suspected gas leaks, or take other dangerous actions based on Site content. A provider, emergency responder, utility, insurer, landlord, property manager, restoration company, or other professional may need to be involved depending on the situation.
7. Requests and consent to contact
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide the contact and property information used in the request. When you submit a request, you authorize ATL Plumber Connect to process and route it and authorize the provider or providers receiving it to contact you about that request using the information you supplied, subject to applicable law.
You are not required to hire a provider simply because you submitted a request or received a call or message.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, impersonated, abusive, harassing, or unrelated requests.
- Submit another person's contact information without authority.
- Use bots, scrapers, automated submissions, or other methods that burden or manipulate the Site or routing systems.
- Attempt to bypass security, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, interfere with analytics or attribution, or disrupt Site availability.
- Copy, republish, exploit, or misuse Site content or branding in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, its original text, branding, design elements, software, routing logic, and other content are owned by or licensed to ATL Plumber Connect and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial service-request purposes. No other rights are granted except as expressly stated.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party providers for hosting, analytics, call tracking, communications, lead routing, maps, or other functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, privacy practices, security, contracts, or acts and omissions. Your use of a third party may be subject to separate terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and referral service are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. ATL Plumber Connect disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty that a provider, referral, connection, service, price, or result will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Plumber Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, property damage, personal injury, service interruption, or losses arising from an independent provider's acts or omissions, even if the possibility of such damages was known.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Plumber Connect's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site or referral service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to ATL Plumber Connect for use of the Site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ATL Plumber Connect and its operators, affiliates, and service providers harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization. This section does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct that cannot lawfully be indemnified.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere will be subject to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Georgia. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief available in small-claims court or another forum when applicable law permits or requires it.
15. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Site features or access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, provider operations, or business reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of the Site, except for any separate written agreement that expressly applies.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted using a contact method published on ATL Plumber Connect. Questions about a plumbing estimate, appointment, payment, warranty, repair, or provider conduct should generally be directed to the independent provider responsible for that service relationship.
